Mulliner Opulence Edition India
Five Bentley bespoke models head to India's wealthy consumers.

In recognition of the world’s fastest growing economy, iconic British brand Bentley has launched its first Mulliner Bespoke Edition of five models created exclusively for the Indian market.

All models feature an extensive specification, with unique exterior and interior finishes inspired by the colors of the Indian flag. Each example is handcrafted in Crewe, England, by Mulliner, Bentley’s in-house personalization and bespoke department.

Clearly aimed at India’s burgeoning army of the super-wealthy, the special edition is dubbed the Opulence Edition and includes a Continental GT Speed, a Flying Spur Speed and three Bentayga EWB Azure models. All five feature the Scarab Green exterior finish and complemented by bespoke interior seating and trim colors of Mandarin and Cumbrian Green hide as a tribute to India’s national colors.

Fastest of the five models to come to market is the 645 hp Continental GT Speed employing the automaker’s 6.0-liter twin turbocharged W12 gasoline engine, with Electronic All Wheel Steering, Torque Vectoring by Brake technology and Bentley Dynamic Ride as standard. One Opulence Edition Flying Spur Speed will also be offered.

To reflect the domestic market’s taste for luxury SUVs, there will be three models of the Opulence Edition Bentayga EWB. These come in four-seat configuration with the Mulliner console bottle cooler separating the two rear seats. Contrast stitching in Mandarin runs around the lip of the fascia top roll, and around the edge of the Cumbrian Green seat bolsters, while contrast stitching in Cumbrian Green can be seen in the outer diamonds of the quilted seat inner areas and the Azure-embroidered headrests.

With the Bentley Dynamic Ride 48V active anti-roll control system providing enhancing balance between ride comfort, handling and body control. Pricing has yet to be published.
