MILTON KEYNES, U.K. – The U.K. importer of SEAT cars is so confident about its Ateca compact SUV that business and fleet users are being offered a “long-term” test drive.
British business customers can get the chance to live and go to work for four days with the automaker’s first utility vehicle.
Under the latest initiative from the Spanish brand, which is part of the Volkswagen Group, Atecas will be made available through its network of SEAT business centers in the U.K. until year’s end.
Commenting on the launch of its latest program, Peter McDonald, head of fleet and business sales at SEAT U.K., says: “A test drive is one of the most important stages of choosing a new car; it’s a time for decision-makers to consider whether a new vehicle will help them achieve business objectives and project the image they really want. So, we wanted to give them the chance to really get to know the Ateca and all of the benefits it delivers.
“The Ateca is already being recognized as the new car to beat in the SUV sector, having just collected its first award from Auto Express, so we’re confident that after spending close to 100 hours with one, those who take us up on this opportunity will probably be pretty reluctant in giving us back the keys.”
Test drives are available until Dec. 31.
