Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. is raising production of its March small car 20% beginning this month in order to satisfy demand. Output had been running 14,000-15,000 units per month at the Kanagawa, Japan, plant, and the increase will take that to 17,500. Sales of the new March, which is the first Nissan to share a platform with a Renault SA vehicle, total 60,000 units thus far.
