MUMBAI – Indian auto makers sold and exported a combined 206,516 cars and utility vehicles in September, a 20.5% gain on year-ago. The result marked the eighth-straight month of sales increases, up more than 20% in each of the last three months. April through September, cumulative sales totaled more than 1 million vehicles.
